The Pocket Sampler is available in to designs either all 316L stainless steel construction or a 316L stainless steel outer with a PTFE core.
Sealing Sleeves are ideal when emptying Pocket Samplers, they enable one pocket to be emptied a time. The sleeves can be fitted quickly to a Pocket Sampler, they will cover the pockets so that one pocket can be emptied at a time. the sealing sleeves come in a pack of three and they are available in two sizes. The Sealing Sleeve Type 8005A-01 is suitable for 25mm diameter Pocket Samplers Type 1220A and 1220B. The Sealing Sleeve Type 8005A-02 is suitable for 40mm Pocket Samplers Type 1220J.
The range of emptying racks are ideal for decanting powder from the pocket samplers fast and quickly. The racks are supplied with funnels and the correct number of sample bottles.
Operation for Pocket Sampler
1. Insert the sampler into the product
2. At the required depth rotate handle to expose the collecting pockets, the product will flow into the collecting pockets
3. Rotate handle to close pockets and remove sampler
4. See below for details on how to empty the sampler
